You have probably heard about video testimonials or even posted some yourself on Facebook or other social media site. One of the jobs we do is optimize the content on your website. The goal is to make the content interesting so that people will actually read the page. Over time, you may want to convert the “informational” pages you have to more of a sales driven page.
Keep in mind that when people search for information on the web and they come across one of your web pages, it is probably not going to be your home page. It will probably be some inside page. For example, if somebody searches for “Dental Crowns”, we would like that user to land on your Dental Crowns page. That page needs to be designed so that we lead the user down a path where eventually, we ask the user to do something. We might want the user to call, fill out a form or email us. We need to make these pages interesting and so compelling that the user makes an appointment with you. The industry calls these Landing Pages.
Is it possible that you could get some video testimonials? I’m not talking general testimonials but testimonials based on the content you have? Let’s say you perform these services:
- Cosmetic Dentistry
- Smile Makeovers
- Wedding Smile Makeovers
- Tooth Discoloration
- Teeth Whitening
- Dental Veneers
- Dental Bonding
- Dental Implants.
Can you get some testimonials for each of the dental services you offer? If you could, you can put those on each page where it applies. I’m sure all of your competing dentists in your area have pages on Dental Implants, Teeth Whitening etc. If you want your page to be stronger than theirs, develop original web content. Dental video testimonials are a great way to build strong ranking pages and add value to your online content.
